1.WARRANTY & LIABILITY.
Defects must be documented right after receiving the piece.
Written inquiry with documentation and statement must be sent to: info@cors.mx.
Valid for 3 days after receiving the piece (not installation) against mechanical defects.
We are not responsible for the following:
Damage caused by shipping carrier.
Damage caused by mishandling.
Damage caused by mispackaging.
Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or the customer’s agent.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
Changes in the appearance of un-lacquered finishes: these are meant to age in appearance.
Changes in the appearance of natural materials: these are meant to age in appearance.
Any costs of installation, removal, or re-installation.
Restoration or repair work.
Any parts purchased separate from our own.
Damage to our fixtures, parts of our fixtures, or shades caused by the improper use of light bulbs.

2. MODIFICATIOS AND ALTERATIONS TO ORIGINAL WORKS.
We do not offer any modifications/customizations to the original works.
We do not recommend making any alterations or additions to the original works.
3. SHIPPING
We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping, mishandling, mispackaging, improper installation or assembly by the carrier, the customer or the customer’s agent.
We are not liable for any additional shipping duties, taxes or customs fees.
Shipments are strongly advised to be operated by Art Handlers.

USE AND PRECAUTIONS

1.LIGHTING

USE AND PRECAUTIONS:
For indoor use only.

Never immerse a lamp in water or other liquids and protect it from rain, moisture and dirt.
Never cover the lamp. There is a fire risk because of the heat that can accumulate.
Do not expose direct light from the lamp to the eyes at close range to prevent injury.

Immediately turn off the lamp in situations of possible risk or accident.
Never use a defective lamp or a lamp with a defective cable. There is a significant risk of injury if you do. The defective lamp must be returned to the dealer for repair.
SPECIFIC PRECAUTIONS FOR CHILDREN:
Make sure the lamp is out of reach of children. Children should not have access to it.
Packaging materials should not be used as toys, this could represent a choking hazard.
MAINTENANCE:
Please use only dry cloths to clean the surface of the light. The use of any chemical could damage the surface of the product.

For areas of the lamp outside the light surface and the light source, use a soft cloth preferably white, moistened (not wet) with water. Pass the damp cloth through the area to be cleaned and immediately pass the dry cloth. Whenever you clean a structure or part, be sure to dry the part completely, if moisture is left on the surface of the paint, it may deteriorate the finish and cause oxidation. Do not wash with soap and water.
CLEANING PRODUCTS TO AVOID:
Avoid the use of abrasives, solvents, metallic fibres, nylon fibres, heat sources, sharp objects, chlorine/cleaning acids, etc.
Avoid the use of chemicals and detergents when cleaning.
Avoid water with dissolved alkaline substances. 
these can deteriorate the finish, cause stains and opacity.
These products can deteriorate the finish, generate detachment, encouraging the appearance of corrosion.
RECOMMENDED CLEANING:
Remove dirt and finger marks with a damp cloth or suede. To remove some more difficult dirt use a worn, soft and damp nylon sponge. Do not use steel sponges, metal sponges, or brilliance sponges, or wire brushes.
EXPOSURE:
For indoor use only, avoid outdoors, water or humidity and sun exposure.
Excessive exposure to sunlight may cause discoloration and deteriorate the materials.

2. WOOD FOR INTERIORS

CLEANING:

4. MARBLE, GRANITE AND QUARRY

Do not use products containing lemon, vinegar, or other acids on marble or other limestones.
Do not use powdered detergents, as they contain abrasive agents that can scratch the stone.
